We hope you love your WG Item(s). We strive to deliver quality goods made LOCALLY in our LA factory. Please spread the news and share the coupon cards (included inside the pink envelope) with your friends.

Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept returns for wrong or defective items that are postmarked and sent back within 7 days of receiving them, as long as they meet the Return & Exchange Guidelines stated below.

1. Returns for a Refund
There may be different policies depending on the product you wish to return for a refund. Please read the following thoroughly.

General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our items, we can only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items. All Clothing, Lingerie and Sleepwear returns require approval upon inspection. Returns need to meet the Return & Exchange Guidelines below for approval.
Thongs and Undergarments Return Policy
Because of health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on Thongs and Undergarments.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange all unworn merchandise, excluding Thongs and Undergarments. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of their invoiced date. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise that is received after 7 days will only be issued a merchandise credit, valid for ninety (90) days. Please note that items purchased on Clearance or Final Sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Return for Exchange

To return an item, please include your original receipt along with a brief note indicating your reason for exchange and with what item you would like to exchange it with. Please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. Your new color, style or size choice will be shipped the next business day after we receive the original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged (California residents only). Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, the balance will be charged to the credit card used for your original order.

Defective/Wrong Items Sent
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, we may replace the item if we are notified and the items are postmarked within 7 days. Once you receive the replacement item(s), they are subject to the same return/exchange guidelines below. Items that are deemed Non-Defective may require return postage if you want the items back. Please contact us if you have received a wrong or defective item.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:

A return or exchange will be issued on some unworn merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the items. All return or exchange merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached, hygienic liners in tact, and packaging included. If your return or exchange does not meet these guidelines, please do not send back your items as your return or exchange may not be approved. Instead, please contact us to verify if it may be approved. All unapproved returns are subject to a small fee for postage to re-ship/return the item back to you.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for soiled or washed merchandise.

- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for tampered items or evidence of alteration, fragrance, or cigarette smoke.

How to Return Merchandise

Returns can be sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return or instructions for exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at crowewendy7@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at crowewendy7@gmail.com and send your item to: 5840 S. Los Angeles St., Los Angeles CA 90003, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
